A Red Carpet Affair
On Friday, April 19th, the seventh and eighth graders of St. Ann School will have the opportunity to enjoy "A Red Carpet Affair!" The first annual semi-formal dance will be hosted by the Student Council with special music provided by DJ Johnny. After entering the venue on a red carpet, special red, white, and black themed food will be provided along with a photographer to take pictures in front of our own "stand and repeat screen." Tickets are $10 per person. Students are welcome to bring a friend as long as they bring a signed permission slip upon arrival.
Don't miss it! Volunteers are welcome...and encouraged! :)

7th Graders are "Smartie" Pants!
The Iowa Testing is underway at St. Ann School. We have worked, trained, sweated, and cried in our pursuit for excellence. We could not be better prepared!
Still, there are few things that each of us can do to be our best for each day of testing.
1. Sleep tight, and don't let the bedbugs bite.
2. Eat a hearty breakfast.
3. When testing, take your time and think.
4. Pray that the Lord brings forth all of your learning for the test.
We're going to ace this test!

Love Is in the Air
Have you ever watched the television game show Minute-to-Win-It? We played a Valentine's Day version with games like "Heart A-stack." Using Conversation Hearts, participants had to stack as many hearts as possible in one minute. Then, a couple contestants played "Love Nose Best" by balancing as many candy hearts on their noses as possible for one minute. A good time was had by all!
